UIG is a holding company with a 100% Ukrainian identity, headquartered in Kyiv, founded in 2023.
UIG’s main areas of activity include strategical management of its subsidiary companies, investing, providing consulting services, engaging in charitable work, supporting national innovations, developing businesses in the transportation and logistics sector, and implementing national social projects.

UIG is a mixed-type holding company consisting of UIG HQ as the parent company and its subsidiary enterprises.
UIG HQ is responsible for strategic management and controlling of all subsidiary companies. Additionally, it offers consulting services in the areas of strategic management and business development.
UIG’s subsidiary companies are independent entities with their own leadership and organizational structure.
